MIDI Learn

Remap any pad, key or control to a different note: arm a mapping slot, then send the message you want it bound to from your controller. A recognised device seeds its own starting mappings automatically the first time you connect it - currently a real, hardware-confirmed set for the Akai MPK Mini; a connected Novation Launchpad is recognised by name but doesn't seed any mappings yet.

Settings

Enable or disable individual MIDI devices, and choose an audio output device where your browser supports it. Recording always disables your browser's own echo cancellation, noise suppression and auto-gain, so what you hear is closer to a clean, unprocessed signal.

No controller? Use the built-in ones

Play any instrument track from the on-screen keyboard, or trigger the drum machine's eight built-in percussion sounds from the drum pad grid, by click or the number keys 1 to 8. Both are recordable exactly like a real MIDI controller.
